Jack
30 weeks is around the corner, and I am definitely starting to feel it. My back hurts, and I feel so much more tired. Climbing stairs have become a work out. The extra weight gain hurts my lower limbs. Still have 9 weeks to go…and I don’t think it’s going to get much easier. Can’t wait for Jack to be in my arms, healthy and weighing the right amount. I can’t wait to...

Good news/Bad news
Morning Star products contain GMO’s But my favorite, Silk Soymilk does not! Really bummed about the morning star! Those Chik’n burgers were incredible… Some things are too good to be true!

Uggs
In the winter, no matter how good my intentions are in the morning, I always end up wearing my Ugg boots. How can I break this cycle? Cynthia, by email You can’t, Cynthia, and please don’t blame yourself too harshly because it is not your fault. Ugg boots are modern-day versions of Powell and Pressburger’s The Red Shoes – footwear that are like vices around one’s lower...

Our societies (especially in America) value marriage, and puts more emphasis on whether or not a couple is married rather...

Interesting...
I just noticed my own irony and contradiction. I just posted a few posts concerning feminism, the focus on beauty and the perils of growing up in a patriarchal society- yet most of my posts are dedicated to fashion, beauty, and my desire to look a certain way. I am in an egalatarian relationship. We share household duties, and both work. And he cares about his appearance as much as I care about...

– Natasha Vargas-Cooper ponders sex and porn in the Internet age. Read the full article here. The key to sexual harmony, so...
